We recommend that you purchase your admission tickets and snowless tubing tickets online in advance . Once these items sell out online, they will not be available at the door.
We will have timed slots for attendees to enter the event at 5pm, 5:30pm, 6pm, 6:30pm, 7pm, 7:30pm and 8pm. This will help ease the flow of traffic and prevent congestion. Guests are welcome to stay as long as they’d like, but may not enter the event until their scheduled time slot. If you are purchasing VIP Parking, please choose the option closest to your admission time slot.
Yes! We understand traffic, weather and life can sometimes get in the way of your plans. We ask that you don’t enter until your scheduled time, but you are welcome to arrive anytime after the start of your timeslot. For example, if you have a ticket at 6pm, you will not be able to enter until 6pm, but you are welcome to come at 7:30pm if that’s when you can make it. We look forward to seeing you when you get here!
Tickets are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your tickets, click the link to view your tickets at the top of your confirmation email. Then click “Reschedule Your Tickets” and select which date you’d like to reschedule your tickets for in the dropdown menu for each ticket. Tickets may be rescheduled for an equal or lesser value without incurring additional fees. Or you may upgrade your ticket to a more expensive day for an additional charge. Click “Save and Reprint”.
Yes! Our Group Experience Holiday Package is perfect for groups of 20 or more and includes VIP perks to make your visit seamless and stress-free. Groups receive 15% off ticket prices with no online processing fees. Plus, the group coordinator or shuttle driver gets free admission as our thank you. You’ll enjoy exclusive express entry, VIP front-door drop-off for buses and shuttles, and complimentary off-site parking with shuttle service for those driving separately.
