Food booths are located in the Food Court, right after Admissions, and in the main vendor market right after the Biergarten. From German classics like sausages, schnitzel, and pretzels to American favorites like mac & cheese, there’s something for every appetite. Save room for dessert! Enjoy lebkuchen (gingerbread hearts), kettle corn, stollen, and more sweet treats.

At the Silverton Christmas Market, we believe that the joy of the holidays is best celebrated with dazzling light displays and a wide variety of festive food and beverages! The Food Haus at the Silverton Christmas Market offers an indoor family-friendly environment in the Oregon Garden Resort’s Orchid Ballroom. Relax and warm up before continuing on the light path!
The Food Haus menu features a variety of options such as linguini and meatballs, wagyu sliders, schnitzel sandwiches, chili, pizza, buffalo mac and cheese, and more. We’ll also have a bar available with beer, wine, cider and more. Please note that the Fireside Lounge is only open to guests 21 and older from 5pm-close during the Market, so we encourage families to visit The Food Haus during those hours!

Discover the heated, family-friendly Biergarten located in the main vendor market at the Silverton Christmas Market! With plenty of cozy seating, it’s the perfect spot to relax and soak in the holiday atmosphere.
Guests 21+ can enjoy glühwein, spiked cocoa or hot apple cider, beer and local cider, while non-alcoholic options like hot cider and cocoa are also available. Don’t forget to grab a collectible holiday mug, each year features a new festive design and makes a great keepsake!

Open Sunday-Thursday: 11:30am-10pm,
Friday–Saturday: 11:30am-11pm
The Fireside Lounge, located inside the Oregon Garden Resort, is a cozy gathering place featuring a central fireplace surrounded by couches, where guests enjoy fine wines, local beers, seasonal cocktails, with a special lounge menu and nightly live music. All guests visiting the Lounge during the event MUST purchase VIP or General Parking at the Resort.
Please note that the Fireside Lounge is only open to guests 21 and older from 5pm-close during the Market, so we encourage families to visit The Food Haus during those hours!
